Employee BenefitsThe Business Store of Insurance and Financial Services allows you to focus on what you do best while we effectively administer your benefit plans. The Business Store offers state-of-the-art technology and the talents of a knowledgeable and experienced professional staff.

Benetrac is a web-based employee benefit system designed to allow employee enrollment, additions and deletions on-line, once an insurance carrier has been selected. There is a one-time set-up charge of $200 with a minimal scheduled monthly fee.

COBRA Administration is included in our service. We handle billing, notification and compliance status on former employees electing COBRA benefits.

Cafeteria Plans /POP Plans (IRS Section 125) allow employees to fund additional benefits through payroll deductions on a before-tax basis. Employee participation in these plans lower the employer’s FICA, FITA and Workers’ Compensation premiums allowing significant savings for both the employer and employee.

Multiple Benefit Plan Options. Each employer will have access to a variety of insurance carriers and multiple rate plans for each carrier, with rates based on age and location. This custom approach will provide an estimated 20% – 30% rate reduction in medical premium costs compared to current offerings. A simple application form including the choice of a personal doctor is all that is required. Plans are guaranteed issue for groups under AB1672.
